The Difference Between Urban And Rural Income At The Process Of Urbanization In Anhui Province

The income gap between urban and rural areas is insurmountable obstacles in the urbanization process, but the excessive income gap between urban and rural areas will affect social stability and economic sustainable development. Is two type society pilot areas in Anhui province and the "central rise" key provinces, rural area and significantly higher than in other parts of the population, the income gap between urban and rural areas is outstanding, how to break the urban and rural income gap is too big difficult problem, to achieve "the eighteenth big" proposed "the new urbanization", the integration of urban and rural roads, balanced resident income distribution, implementation and regional economic coordinated development between urban and rural areas in Anhui has important practical and strategic significance.Taking Anhui province as the research object, combing the urbanization in Anhui province since the reform and opening up and development process and the evolution characteristics of income gap between urban and rural areas, and with all parts of the six provinces in central, Yangtze river delta region, the urbanization level and the income gap between urban and rural areas as a comparative analysis. In the process of urbanization, according to the flow of population, urban and rural dual economic structure and location theory on the mechanism of the influence of income gap between urban and rural areas, selected the urbanization rate in Anhui province from 1978 to 2012, urban and rural labor productivity ratio, the third industry working population and industrialization rate as an index, the empirical analysis of its impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas, and accelerate the development of urbanization, eliminate the urban-rural dual structure, promote the development of the third industry, to strengthen the construction of regional harmonious development, promote rural economic policy recommendations. The main conclusions of this paper as follows:the characteristics of the urbanization in Anhui province is mainly manifested in:(1) the urbanization level lags behind the national average level; Higher than the average level in the six provinces in central; Obviously lags behind that of the Yangtze river delta region(Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai);(2) the development of urbanization in the province also presents the regional differences, eastern developed areas urbanization level is higher, are obvious, the urbanization rate is lower in the south of Anhui;Second, the characteristics of the income gap between urban and rural areas in Anhui province displays in:(1) is less than the national average; Higher than the average level in the six provinces in central; Significantly higher than the Yangtze river delta, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai);(2) the income gap between urban and rural areas in the province is also the regional difference, central and eastern regions economic level is high, the income gap between urban and rural areas, smaller characters of the low level of economy in the south of Anhui, the income gap between urban and rural areas.Three, the empirical results show that:(1) in Anhui province urbanization and urban-rural income gap exists long-term stable co integration relationship, the income gap between urban and rural areas and the rate of urbanization is the only reverse equilibrium relationship for a long time, the urbanization level of ascension will help narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas;(2) the error correction model, according to the results of the equilibrium relationship between urbanization rate and the income gap between urban and rural areas in the short term fluctuations are obvious reverse;(3) the impulse analysis and variance analysis show that the urban and rural dual economic structure significantly expanded the income gap between urban and rural areas, the development of the third industry in the long run can significantly reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas.
