The word “property management” has emerged since the first Property Management Company in China-- Shenzhen Property Management Limited Co. was established on Mar 10, 1981. Now it becomes a part of people's live, work, society activities with the 30 years-development. In order to improve the level of service and management, property service companies continue to introduce new management theory and conceptions such as hotel service, one-stop service, butler service, QHSE management system certification, 5S management in practice. Now, property service enterprises require much more on the internal operation efficiency and the accuracy of service output than before. The companies have paid more attention to how to avoid the rising labor costs, maintain a reasonable profit and keep healthy development, which become important embodiment of the core competitiveness of the enterprises.On this background, property information system research and development based on the concept of service supply chains has been valued by many large property service enterprises. This thesis discusses the design conception of property service supply chain and its information service system from the perspective of service supply chain theory. I provide the framework design of information system, the analysis of whole process of property service supply chain, the integration of other members of the supply chain the restructuring of the existing service flow of property service enterprises according to my daily work. According to the application and summary in my daily work, combined with the new technology introduction. in the system and present suggestions for future improvement and development to meet the needs of customer expectations.
