Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our country has developed greatly. With the development of industrial level, especially after entering in twenty-first Century, the market demand of Industrial automation equipment and Clean energy is growing strongly. As a supported product of industrial automation equipment and clean energy, sensor industry obtain the rare opportunities for development. All of the sensor manufactures and part of upstream and downstream enterprises try their best to design, develop and manufacture sensors, and the market is very competitive. In order to make the marketing positioning to be more accurate, one of the key work of enterprises is that making a reasonable and effective marketing strategy basing on the internal and external environment analysis.In this study, the research object is sensor of the marketing strategy of NC Company. The study of sensor marketing strategy is very rare at present. Sensor is a kind of industrial products, and the research of the industrial marketing has some foundation. The author review the concepts and theories about industrial marketing, and search for the theoretical basis of the research. After analysis of external environment with PEST and Competitors, as a result, NC Company have some advantages in part of market, but lack the technology and brand advantage in other part of Market. Starting from the analysis of demand and supply characteristics, the author find the problems, analyses the internal resources, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of NC Company. At last, through the usage of STP, Porter ' s five forces model and 4P, the sensor marketing strategy is that we set up three product lines according to the different situation of different industries, and implement differentiated marketing strategy.This study is useful for NC Company`s realizing market breakthrough. And these analyses provide some references for the research of other similar markets.
