The Design Of The YM Highway Land Compensation Trust

In recent years, the construction of China's highway developed rapidly, but the investment bank loans and high raised funds result in a financing problem of highway construction. In the highway construction, land requisition caused a large number of farmers lost lands and income sources. At the same time, it is difficult for them to preserve and increase the value of the investment because they lack the awareness of compensation investment, which has a great impact on the follow-up of their lives. So this paper combines the highway financing problem and investment problem of landless peasants, proposes the method of highway land compensation trust to meet the funding needs of highway construction and improve the landless farmers'property income.This paper is divided into several parts:the first part is an introduction describing the background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and research content. The second part is the theoretical foundation of highway land compensation trust analyzing the concepts of the highway land compensation trust. The third part is the case analysis of highway land compensation trust providing practical basis for the next step of trust design through two case analyses. The fourth part introduced the overview of the YM highway project, and analyzed the feasibility of YM highway land compensation trust through the source of funds, the use of funds, the source of repayment and the external environment. The fifth part is the design of the YM highway land compensation trust including the operational structure of the trust, the wind control points, the matching requirements and the risk prevention. The sixth part is conclusion.
