In emerging industries of huge potential the Internet of Things market, the good posture of government-leading and combination of mutual promotion is forming in our country. However, it has not formed relatively perfected spreading system. All industries?regions and departments lack overall co-ordination planning, and repeated construction is serious. And the technology standardization is low, which prevents the spread of technology. At the same time, analyze the spread model choice of the foundational technology, the supporting technology and the applied technology in accordance with the different levels of Internet of things technology. Draw the conclusion that due to the strong externality, large risk and a lot of system obstacle, the supporting technology should take the government leading model; the applied technology should take the enterprise leading model because of its small externality, less risk and the characteristics of easy marketization; the applied technology should take the collaborative model because of its small application and externality.Build the Internet of Things choice model from three aspects of spread subject factor, market factor and technical factor. Use the fuzzy integral method verify that the supporting technology should take the government leading model, the applied technology should take the enterprise leading model and the applied technology should take the collaborative model.
