The weak global economy for a long time lead to the decline in demand for engineering machinery, hurting construction machinery industry. Profit of construction machinery giant such as Xugong Group, Zoomlion and Sany Group, decline more than 45%, at the same time, the ownership of the engineering machinery market is becoming saturated, the market rise space is narrow, therefore, cost control has become the only way of engineering machinery enterprises survive winter. Since 2011, Sany Group change in the past the style of the "waste", start strict control on costl, which already lasted four years, the logistics cost as the big part of engineering cost, has attracted the enterprise attaches great importance to, reduce logistics cost to improve the efficiency and improve customer satisfaction as the principle of Sany Group of engineering machinery logistics optimization strategy should be formed.In this paper, the research of Sany Group logistics solution will not limited to selling products logistics transportation, and expand to the whole process of enterprise operation in the whole process of goods and materials circulation. According to the detailed analysis of Sany Group logistics engineering procurement, warehousing and distribution, production and sales, to find out the problems existing in the operation process, on this basis, to introduce advanced management concept and method, in view of the problems puts forward improvement scheme, to ensure the effect of optimization.Through the research of this article, it is expected to achieve improvement of Sany Group's logistics services, reduce logistics cost: through the classification of the procurement materials, establish long-term stable strategic cooperative relationship with suppliers to improve the quality of materials, and constantly reduce procurement costs; Through adjust the layout of the factory parts warehouse, machining workshop, painting workshop and equipment debugging site redesign, reduce the wast e in the process of production and distribution; By improving the prediction accuracy, the use of suitable production plan arrangement, reduce the production cost and warehousing cost due to unreasonable plan; By integrating transportation, adjust transportation program to reduce equipment sales transportation cost.
