The Application Research Of 6S Management In XC Gold Enterprise

6S management is an important management means for enterprises to enhance the management level, reduce costs and increase productivity, and to improve the competitiveness.6S management as an important way of site management, widely used in the West and China. Based 6S management, aims to improve the existing site management of XC Gold Enterprise, providing a point of view to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly, this article reviewed 6S management, sit management and related theories. Discusses theories of site management,6S management, the relation of 6S management and related management theory relations and 6S management tools.Secondly, build a system based on 6S management improvement. The system includes a base support system, methodology, process system, evaluation system and the target system. From eight aspects to develop the appropriate indicators and standards about 6S evaluation on-site management improvement.Third, analysised XC gold Enterprise site management status and problems. The main problems included:not high quality of personnel, location management, logistics chaos, safety risks, poor on-site environment, inadequate equipment management. And analyzed feasibility about XC gold Enterprise 6S management activities implementment.Fourth, study the applications of 6S management in XC gold Enterprise. Including 6S management plan, implement specific steps of 6S management and every step of the essentials.Fifth, analysis of the effectiveness of the XC gold 6S-site management.
