| Under the background of globalization, foreign direct investment and foreign trade are the two main types of international economic communication, The interaction is becoming more and more closely, Import and export trade volume of china is the largest in the world in 2013, the scale of outward foreign direct investment flows to continue to keep third place in the world, especially in the post-crisis era upturn and 11 years of continuous growth in the OFDI in China,the average growth rate is higher than the world average. with the rapid increase of OFDI scale, its impact on the home country economy is more comprehensive,previous studies have shown that OFDI’s influence on home country export scale is positive, then OFDI can further facilitate the export of home country technology upgrading of the structure, the study of this problem, Can promote China’s export of technical structure optimization,accelerate trade transformation and upgrading, at the same time will further "go out" for the enterprise to provide strong support.This paper through the literature review summarizes the relationship between OFDI and export trade, and OFDI impact on the home countries export commodity structure and technical level of related work, found that OFDI and export technical structure has certain contact. And then through statistical analysis, comprehensively and objectively describe the characteristics of present OFDI in area and industry distribution,By using two kinds of indexes to measure the structure of export technology, and from different angles to analysis the changes of characteristics of exports technical structure in China recent years, Using the Measuring method to investigate the correlation.Secondly, combining with the forefront theory of the foreign direct investment, analysis the influence of OFDI to export technical structure mechanism, and from the perspective of different motives to clarify their respective mechanism, further, by improving Metilz theory model, it is concluded that there is a positive promoting relationship between the two. Finally, on the basis of mechanism analysis, econometric analysis model is set up, using china’s 2003-2011 provincial panel data to empirically, inspection the impact of OFDI to export technical structure under two kinds of indexes,analyses the differences of different regions.through the cluster analysis, OFDI can be divided into three types,and then respectively to investigate three motives under the impact of OFDI to export technical structure, in order to comprehensive conclusion to guide OFDI and export trade policyformulation and implementation. |
