With the rapid development of economic globalization and upgrading of industrial structure, service industry in China has grown quickly and sustainedly since the 1980 s. However, the development of service industry in China has some prominent structural problems in factor inputs, it always relies on the comparative advantage of cheap labor, determining the export structure in services is labor-intensive which is low value-added, while develops relatively slowly in human capital-intensive and technology-intensive services which is high value-added, so the transformation of China's service export is imperative. This paper based on the situation analysis of the structure of services export and factor endowments in China, and its comparative analysis with the United States and Japan which are services developed, demonstrate and interpret the influence mechanism of the factor structure on the export structure in services, and take Chinese provinces data from 2008 to 2012 as research subjects, then apply the method of two-step system GMM to empirically test the impacts of factor structure on the export structure in services based on the overall sample and grouping samples. The result shows that, compared with the United States and Japan, the high-end factor is in a lower proportion in the factor structure in China, and service export is still traditional service-oriented, such as labor-intensive and resource-intensive services. The advancement of factor structure helps to optimize our countries ' export structure in services, but different factors have significant differences for the optimization effects of service export structure in different regions. The factor structure of human capital and service openness to the labor can significantly promote the optimization of service export structure in provinces whose level of economic development are better; while for those provinces whose level of economic development are lower, but the tourism industry develop well, the structural transformation of its service export mainly relies on infrastructure, technology and service openness. Finally, on the basis of the analysis, the article puts forward several suggestions.
