With the rapid development of economy and science and technology, e-commerce has provided an unprecedented leap platform for selling industrial products as a new marketing tool since the 1990 s. With the rapid development of e-commerce, agricultural e-commerce emerged, and showed a rapid development trend in recent years. Carried out e-commerce is the inevitable requirement to improve the circulation of agricultural farming conditions, promote agricultural trade and increase farmers' income, speed up the strategic restructuring of agriculture and the rural economy, and raisethe international competitiveness of China's agriculture.In the future, e-commerce as the representative of the new circulation pattern will have a huge penetration and influence to agricultural products circulation, accelerating the upgrade and transformation of traditional agricultural products circulation.However, the operation management level of agricultural e-commerce and its growth rate cannot adapt.In this context, the paper researches on how to improve the operation management of agricultural e-commerce platform to provide guidance for the sustainable development of agriculture e-commerce.This paper takesHunan supply and marketing e-commerce ltd "Online marketing cooperatives" platform as the research object, analyzes the status quo of its operations, issues and causes, and methods to improve operations management.Firstly, on the basis of an overview of the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the operating status of Hunan "Online marketing cooperatives", and researches operations management problems and causesrespectivelyfrom product management, supplier management, logistics management, inventory management. This paper designs improvement program and propose improvement measures for the problemsfurther. Finally, this paper estimates obstacles that may be encountered when implement improvement program of operation management and the required safeguards. This paper hopes to explore operations management solutions to adapt the development of agriculture e-commerce, to provide some guidance for the development of agricultural e-commerce.The research thinks that Hunan supply and marketing e-commerce ltd should share information with suppliers through the EDI system, establish strategic partnerships with suppliers and implement VMI to reduce the company's operating costs. Secondly, the company has to introduce third party logistics service system to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Finally, the company also imports the experience of operations management personnel, improving the level of company management teams to meet the needs of company's development.This paper's research that is appropriate for the development of agricultural e-commerce operations management can provide references for similar businesses, and provide some guidance for the agricultural development of e-commerce.
