Study On Maturity Model And Evaluation Method Of Collaborative Innovation Network

In the day of globalization of science and technology, innovation activities have evolved into collaborative innovation network mode based on coordination and interaction of multiple network nodes. Through the integration of all aspects of innovation resources, collaborative innovation network promote innovation ability, to obtain maximum benefits from open innovation. However, the current innovation node ability is not strong, the various aspects of science and technology strength is independent, the overall operating efficiency is not high, the allocation of resources is not clear, these impact the overall innovation capability. Take effective ways and measures to promote collaborative innovation network maturity, effectively promote the cooperative innovation network ability improvement. This problem is more and more getting scholars' attention. This paper refers to capability maturity model to build collaborative innovation network maturity model, hoping to promote the collaborative innovation network ability continued ascension.(1) Build collaborative innovation network maturity model. Base on the maturity theory, putting forward the concept of collaborative innovation network maturity. To enhance the collaborative innovation ability as the main target, detailed analysis was carried out on the collaborative innovation network, establish a collaborative innovation network maturity model.(2) Establish the index system of collaborative innovation network maturity evaluation. Through literature analysis the influence factors of collaborative innovation network, the main influence factors of the maturity of the clear collaborative innovation network set, through the questionnaire survey form a layer of collaborative innovation network capability evaluation index system.(3) Put forward collaborative innovation network maturity evaluation method. Based on relevant theories of the summary and analysis of the capability maturity model (CMM), combining with the characteristics of collaborative innovation network to build a collaborative innovation network maturity model, and divide the collaborative innovation network maturity into five grades. Then in the evaluation process apply improved ANP to determine index weight and the fuzzy mathematical transform language phrases into triangle fuzzy number to accaquire value calculation.(4) The application of collaborative innovation network maturity studies. Building the collaborative innovation network maturity model and method is applied to the "steel collaborative innovation network", through the study of the evaluation of collaborative innovation network, verifying the practicability of the model, and gives the corresponding ability promotion strategy.In this paper, based on the capability maturity model, its evaluation method and models studied for providing a new view, so that laid a theoretical foundation for further study. And, for collaborative innovation, cooperative innovation network evaluation and practical problems such as network governance has a certain guiding significance.
