Building good corporate culture is vital to enterprise development under fierce market competition. Corporate culture, as a subculture, rooted in the social traditional culture, is certain to be affected by traditional ethics. Corporate culture construction in China has its own advantages and disadvantages with special historic sources and social reality context. How to make best use of the advantages and avoid the weaknesses is very worthy to discuss. Chinese traditional ethics is an open and profound ideology system with benevolence and justice at the core. Keeping its essence and discard its dross is significant to build a progressing corporate culture with Chinese characteristics. Since the reform and opening up, our enterprises are undergoing the reform and transform to meet the trend of economic globalization. Therefore, superior corporate culture can promote the survival and competition of enterprises in complex context by stimulating their creativity and expanding development prospect. Thus, it is necessary and meaningful to absorb the positive factors of Chinese traditional moral for promoting the construction of enterprise culture in the new period.The dissertation based on the research results of the relationship between traditional ethics and the construction of enterprise culture, conducted by scholars at home and abroad, analyzing tightly the current situation and problems in the field of corporate culture construction. Putting forward a view that the concepts of “benevolence” and “justice” in Chinese traditional ethics which influencing corporate values and determining the developing trend of corporate culture should be paid attention to. Furthermore, the article analyzes the function and effect on corporate culture from the three aspects of “benevolence”. What's more, “benevolence” is analyzed from the three angles of “loving relatives”, “loving nonrelatives” and “loving objects”. In addition, enterprises should absorb positive factors and resist negative effects from the traditional outlook on justice and interests, which is analyzed from the angles of the doctrine of good human nature and the doctrine of evil human nature. And the traditional outlook on justice and interests is discussed from the three levels of “thinking of justice when seeing the benefit”, “making profits based on justice” and “putting priority on justice”, which is applied to promote the building of enterprise culture.It is a systematic project to constantly perfect corporate culture construction. It is very significant to absorb the good traditional ethics factors affecting corporate culture construction, leading corporate culture to break through its own restrictions. Strengthening corporate responsibility from the angel of social interests is the important task of the construction of enterprise culture. Reconstruction of the spirit of enterprise and the enterprise values needs to find the right path and method, and it must follow the scientific principles. This research can help enterprises to deal with the relations between enterprises and country, to coordinate relations among staff of enterprises and keep on good terms with interest-concerned parties for winning in the fierce competition and creating corporate culture, promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
