Abstract/Summary:
IT technology is updating and changing at a very short period. Besides, the technical requirements for IT technology have become more and more stringent. When most enterprises are developing its core business, their IT technology also needs to catch up to match the level of the development of business. However, many companies are beginning to realize that their own IT technology has been unable to better serve the business development and enterprise’s overall operations. If enterprises devote funds to the training of IT technology, then the various costs are far greater than the fees of outsourcing IT departments to IT outsourcer’s service providers.. This is a "win-win" mode and popular among more enterprises and institutions. And just because of this, the quality of the service IT outsourcing company provided to customers also gets the attention of various industries. Although our country’s IT outsourcing develop fast, but it is still in the initial period of development of the market. In the period of implementation, kinds of errors, irregularities still occur now and then. Therefore, after IT outsourcing service providers and customers signing the contract, IT outsourcing service providers should focus on the quality level of the later completion of the task and reinforce the work of managing and monitoring of quality of service.This essay firstly analyzes the direction and results of previous academic research. And it describes foreign and domestic studies separately. Then, this paper analyzes the model theories related to IT outsourcing service quality, and in-depth analyzes the characteristics and applications of these theories. Then, based on the study of the above theories, this paper analyzes the status quo of China’s IT outsourcing services and summarizes the existing problem of the service. This paper proposes that what strategies should be adopted to improve IT outsourcing, combining theoretical models with the above mentioned problems. Finally, take A Company Advance Service Administration Provider (ASAP) as an example to shows the implement result by using this strategy. Finally this essay will conclude all the advantage and shortage discussed and provide possible direction that can continue to research for.Firstly, this essay takes basic theories to pave the way, then meta-analyzes the status quo of our country’s IT outsourcing services and its problems and countermeasures from macro aspect. And it gives specific example from the microscopic aspects to be verified. Thus, this essay has guiding significance for various enterprises in theory and practice. And it can guide these enterprises to improve its quality services effectively, improving the level of IT outsourcing services in our country and entering to the world.
