Globalized marketing competition and the changing demands of customer has brought more and more competitive business pressures to the enterprises, in the fast-changing market, the competition among enterprises is not only by products or some process, but expanded into the system of process management. The car industry is without exception. With ten more years rapid development, the growth of Chinese automobile market has been moderate, the car products will be in a more crowded market, besides, the government promotes merger and reorganization, the whole automobile industry is facing a new competition, and backward production automobile enterprises are with more pressures. In this case, some domestic automobile enterprises begin to pay more attention to the construction of effective process management system, in order to enhance the ability to withstand market risks, and achieve sustainable development.FD company in this paper is a domestic carmaker needing rapid development, because of its inefficiency, the top executives of the company realize that they should keep an acute sense of crisis in this fierce competition, they never stop innovating, keeping improving the internal operation mechanism for future expansion. The author is one of the general manager staffs in FD company, on the basis of information collection and interviews, this paper looks into the promotion of the process management system of FD company and its effective implementation.It is made up of six chapters:the first chapter introduces the research background, the significances and the research status at home and abroad of the selected topic, then summarizes the research aims, research contents, research methods and technical routes; the second chapter reviews the correlative theories of building process management system; the third chapter according to the construction status of FD's process management system, find out the problems and analyse the reasons; the fourth chapter focuses on how to solve current problems strategically and its current implementation in FD company; in the fifth chapter there were some recommendations to the further implementation; In the last chapter, the author makes some conclusions and outlooks.There is not only one way to construct the process management system, the paper puts forward some enforceable advices in building FD's process management system to make the company keep sustainable development in the fierce market competition, moreover, provide references for other companies to build their process management system.
