At present,the number of motor neuron patients is still large,and most of these patients lose the ability of communicate with others through traditional methods.In order to help these patients better communicate with others,the research of HCI become a hot topic,especially based on EOG.This article designs a system of intelligent Bluetooth mouse based on EOG.The user can control the Bluetooth mouse only by eye action,such as blink,look up,look down,look left,and look right.The research in this paper includes hardware circuit design,embedded software design,waveform display program design,and the detection methods for effective EOG signals,feature extraction and pattern classification of EOG signals,interactive control of Bluetooth mouse,etc.We also tests the system hardware performance and verifies the feasibility and accuracy of different eye actions control Bluetooth mouse move.The specific implementation method is:(1)Extracting the EOG signal through the electrodes around the eye,the preamplifier circuit amplifies the EOG signal,the high-pass filter circuit correcting the DC component,the low-pass filter circuit filtering the interference of high frequency components,then the signal is converted to a differential signal.(2)The analog EOG signal is converted into a digital signal by an analog-to-digital converter,and the digital signal processor to process the EOG signal so as to realize the classification of the EOG signals and convert into control commands.(3)The control command is sent to the Bluetooth module through the serial port,and then sends the command to the receiving system and control the Bluetooth mouse move;(4)The eye data is transmitted to the PC Or TJC LCD to show the waveform of the eye signal;(5)The power circuit to supply entire System.Eight participants used the system to test the performance,and the recognition accuracy rate was as high as 90%.Using the EOG data collected by commercial signal acquisition system for off-line analysis in our system,the accuracy rate is still as high as 90%.Moreover,the system has the advantages of simple operation,small size,low power consumption and portability,and is more suitable for assisting motor neuron patients to perform HCI.
