Optical Scanning Holography(OSH)is a digital imaging technology recording three dimensional target samples by two-dimensional complex matrix.It has a special status in imaging field of holographic imaging because of easy storage of digital,efficiency and real-time.Structured illumination(SI)is a digital imaging technology based on space coding.By it,we can shift the spatial spectrum of the image so that high frequency image information can go through the pupils.Then we can receive the high frequency image information.We can get a wide spectrum of high resolution sample images by the reconstruction algorithm.The super-resolution characteristics of structural light illumination make it more and more concerned in the field of optical imaging.In this thesis,the super resolution algorithm of optical scanning holography is studied from theoretical analysis,computer simulation and experimental verification.The following aspects are discussed concretely:1)Based on the theoretical basis of Fresnel diffraction theorem,the transmission function of the optical scanning holography is obtained.The slice image of the sample is obtained by experimental simulation,and the 3D recording ability of OSH can be reconstructed.At the same time,the characteristics of the defocus noise are analyzed.Based on the theory of space coding and other technical theories,the principle of spectrum expansion of structured light illumination is obtained.The digital image will be obtained by the simulation of the structured light illumination.According to the principle,the image itself is reduced and the image clarity of the structured light is compared and analyzed under the same pupil band limit.And the advantages and disadvantages of the structural light illumination are analyzed.2)The structure light illumination is applied to the optical scanning holography,and the space coding is introduced into the scanning field to obtain the new optical field of the new optical scanning hologram.The principle of spectrum expansion is obtained by theoretical analysis,and the scanning hologram is obtained by experimental simulation.The slice image is reconstructed according to the principle,and compared with the traditional optical scanning hologram for the super-resolution characteristics of SI-OSH under the same pupil band limit.3)Considering the error of the experiment and increasing the utilization factor of light energy,the structure of the original light illumination is improved,and the phase mask is used to replace the grating to change the lighting mode.the slice images of the structure of the new optical system will be simulated.
