Traditional thermal control system can only control the thermal machinery relying on the low-performance SCM,not providing the interface for the information-based system,or friendly interactive interface,and even is unable to carry out the thermal control well due to the low operational capability.The operating system is a significant symbol of high-end system.Based on powerful software support ability of Linux system,embedded development staff may integrate various kinds of modularized software and hardware interface in the condition of few available resources,and accomplish the development of multi-function system.In this research,the high-performance embedded device with the Linux operating system is introduced into the upgrading and development of maneuvering thermal control system,aiming to provide control function to the system.This device achieves the following functions: receiving the input signal fed back by the sensor such as the thermal energy,pressure,state,etc.;judging the running status of system;outputting strong current to drive thermal control module for maintaining the thermal cycle;providing the operator-oriented interactive interface.In this paper,the background of cross-industry of thermal control and embedded industry is introduced in the first chapter.In the second,third and fourth chapter,not only the demand of the entire system for the design structure is considered macroscopically,but the design from the hardware to the software is displayed seriously.From the analysis of the system interface,combing the control logic,to the division of module,design of hardware and representation of the transplanting process of the embedded operating system,the exploitation flows of Linux driver and upper level software,all essential factors of automation solution with embedded technology are displayed integrally.In the fifth chapter,fulfilled design goals are summerized,achieved developments are analyzed and the whole design is concluded.
