Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)technology can greatly improve the efficiency of spectrum and energy utilization by reducing the complexity of the system while maximally exploiting the spatial dimension resources by configuring a large number of antennas on the base station side. However, how to effectively apply beamforming technology to large-scale antenna communication scenarios has become a new challenge. The nonlinear precoding beamforming method used in traditional MIMO system will cause unbearable computational complexity with the increase of antenna number. This paper will focus on the research and verification of the key technologies of beamforming in massive MIMO from three aspects:algorithm analysis, project design and engineering implementation.First, the paper analyzes the non codebook linear precoding algorithm which is suitable for massive MIMO.Start with the analysis of massive MIMO channel model, discussesed the algorithm model of linear precoding, and the working principle of three precoding algorithms, matched filter, zero forcing and minimum mean square error,is analyzed in detail.;on this basis, taking into account the channel non-reciprocity in the actual TDD communication scenarios, this paper aimed at the discussion of how to combine the channel calibration in order to solve the problem in the beam forming process.Secondly, from the requirement of communication performance, this paper analyzes the massive MIMO beamforming signal processing scheme based on TD-LTE protocol and working in the indoor communication scene, which focuses on the detailed signal processing of three main modules:precoding, uplink channel estimation and channel calibration. In addition, the whole link simulation model is designed based on the signal processing scheme, and the simulation results are used to verify the influence of different precoding algorithms, different base station antenna number, different user number and different channel calibration error on the communication performance in massive MIMO scene. Finally, based on the engineering background and engineering platform, this paper describes the implementation details of a massive MIMO system with 128 antenna oscillators at the base station and capable of serving two terminal users simultaneously.Based on the system, the corresponding function and performance test are carried out.The result of the test further confirms the theoretical analysis. It shows that the increase of the number of base station antennas can effectively improve the beamforming gain and improve the communication transmission performance. On the one hand, the theory of massive MIMO beamforming algorithm is introduced from the theoretical point of view.On the other hand, the massive MIMO beamforming system is realized from the engineering point of view and the related performance testing is carried out.It has some reference value in the field of academic and industrial application.
