A Method Of Three-Way Decision Spam Filtering Based On Head Information Of E-mail

It is Internet Age of information explosion in nowadays,the internet has popularized widely in thousands of households.The communication of people presented the pluralism and diversity,apart from the traditional way of communication of face-to-face,telephone and messages,a variety of communicative means such as WeChat,qq and Email have greatly enriched people’s life and communication.Among which the Email has become one of the important ways of modern People’s Daily communication for the characteristic of using simple and easy,saving easy,universal,real-time arriving,delay interaction,safe and reliable.However,the emergence of spam not only seriously interfere with people’s life and work,what’s more,it need to spend a lot of time and resources to deal with the issue of junk mail,therefore it is necessary to research the anti-spam technology with great significance.Based on Principle of probability and statistics and set theory,a method of definition of improved attribute significance of email head information is proposed in this paper and based on the proposed attribute significance,A method of three-way decision spam filtering is proposed based on the head information of email.The head information attribute is sorted by a new measurement of attribute significance.Bayesian probability based on the most significant attributes is computed to do the actions of three-way decisions.When the information is not enough to make decisions,more attribute information is added to the computing of Bayesian probability until the final decisions are made.On the basis of rationality and effectiveness of the proposed anti-spam method verified by simulation experiments,we design a anti-spam simulation system,which use SWT to accomplish interface implementation and achieve the sending and receiving emails by Javamail,the receiving emails is sorted ternarily by the proposed anti-spam method,at last,we collect the emails data of 10 users to check the effect of three-way decision anti-spam simulation system and the results of experiments show that the filter capacity of simulation system is reasonable and effective.
