An Analysis Of The "Deviant" Interview Activities Of Chinese Journalists From The Perspective Of Morality And Law

With the rapid development of economy and the arrival of the information age,the frequent occurrence of "deviant" interview has become an important issue in the news media industry.How to properly manage the media industry practitioners,the establishment of a legitimate and reasonable industry standards become China's media industry eager to solve the problem.In this paper,the author analyzes the concept and main features of the "deviant" interview activities from the aspects of the harm and the causes of the "deviant" interview.Finally,learn from foreign advanced experience,combined the situation of our country,put forward the theory of constructive measures of "deviant" interview activities: first,to strengthen the party and the government management of the news media industry;secondly,to strengthen its management of the news industry,to establish rational and effective management mechanism;the association of journalists from the perspective of how to improve their own industry law consciousness and moral quality cultivation.
