There are 14 main procedures during the whole process of the magnetron production,from which only once-characteristic defective rate is 12.5%,and others are less than 1 %.Throughout the researches of this project and the application of equipment,we can reduce the reject ratio and the fluctuation of this procedure,providing the greatest support for the realization of “one-piece flow” full automatization/ industrial 4.0 intelligent production.In order to improve the quality of products and reduce the risk of selling substandard products to customers,we need to solve the long-lasting and difficult problems of factory production,improve the succession of general assembly production,and reduce the loss during the general assembly.As a fatal index,the efficiency of the magnetron affects the microwave's energy efficiency grades and whether the microwave works effectly or not.If the average efficiency of the magnetron can be promoted 0.5% a year,all the microwave ovens used by families around the world can save thousands and thousands of electricity bills,which is about 18 million kWh of electricity by preliminary estimate,reducing energy consumptions.According to product analysis,the high defective rateis of once-characteristic mainly due to the cathode/ anode coaxiality of magnetron that exceeds 0.15 mm,which affects the efficiency of magnetron and leads to the poor efficiency of magnetron.With the continuous development of the visual system and the improvement of the application level,we can achieve each product's concentricity is below 0.1mm by the vision system's detections and the devices' automatical adjustions of positions,so as to improve the consistency and reliability of the product.The principles of the adjusting process: the vision system tests the external diameters of the anode's Connection ring and the cathode's shield cap,calculating their positions and the angular deflections;after servo motor based on the instruction algorithm,the position of the shielding cap of the cathode is constantly adjusted until it meets the required position.In order to achieve this adjusting process,first we need to verify the feasibility of this adjusting process by the simple tooling and the existing instruments.Then through the ordered researches about the manual prototype and full-automatic prototype,we may improve and perfect the related functions.After the equipment structure and the implementation adjustment process finalize,we may replicate and popularize it.After the popularization of the full-automatic adjusting prototype,the key indicators of products,such as class A black ball ratio,once-characteristic defective rate,black ball scrap rate,finished product sampling efficiency defective rate,all have a 30-50% improvement,promoting the product's quality essentially.This set of automatic detection and adjustment method of magnetron cathode/ anode coaxiality is achieved bit by bit through experiments.In the field of magnetron,it is an innovative technology utilization,breaking through a bottleneck in the industry.It not only improves the quality of the productsand the per capita efficiency,but also lays the foundation for the " one-piece flow " layout of the new Magnetron factory of our company.
