With the rise of the Internet era,a wide variety of network terminal devices emerge one after another.With the popularization of new energy electric vehicles,the scale of charging stations and electrical automation equipment has been continuously expanded,and the difficulty in monitoring and maintaining the operation status of power terminal equipment has also increased.Therefore,an effective management and control mechanism is needed to deal with this problem.Based on the research status of remote power equipments,the thesis integrates the popular Internet telecommunication technology and proposes a remote power monitoring and control system combined with WIFI remote communication and DSP control,and realizes the power terminal equipment.Remote monitoring and control.This article starts from the actual demand,compares and analyzes the scheme of the realization of each part function,and establishes the design scheme based on WIFI+DSP processor.The design of the hardware circuit of the power terminal equipment is carried out: Taking the half-bridge isolation switch power supply and the DSP synchronous rectification step-down circuit as the core,the real-time push and remote control of the voltage and current is achieved through the WIFI communication module,and the remote power control system is finally completed.Comprehensive design of hardware and software.The main hardware circuit is: half-bridge isolation switch power supply circuit module,DSP synchronous rectifier step-down circuit,WIFI remote communication circuit,OLED display module,etc.;software part is mainly divided into: power terminal equipment,real-time voltage control and WIFI communication instructions Send and receive,Android client APP writing.After the final functional test,the entire remote power monitoring system was designed to meet the initial set of requirements for the remote power control system.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)Starting from the status quo of remote control system development,analyzing and summarizing the remote control system adopting Internet communication technology,selecting WIFI wireless communication as the long-distance transmission method of data;(2)Formulating how to realize remote control of power according to the design requirements of the project The overall design of the project,combined with the implementation conditions of the project,determined the use of TI-based 32-bit DSP processor TMS320 F28035 as the main controller,using ESP8266 module as the Internet communication module;(C)production of 220 V half-bridge isolation switch power supply module,DSP master The control module and the synchronous rectification BUCK buck module circuit are used to upload the power running status to the server in real time through the WIFI module;(4)The EDP protocol based on TCP protocol encapsulation is used as the network communication protocol to complete the design of the DSP program and Android APP.Development;(five)starting from the needs of the remote control of the project,complete the two-way communication between the remote power control system through the server and the Android client APP,and finally achieve the purpose of viewing and controlling the running state of the remote power terminal device in real time through the Android APP.Finally,according to the objectives proposed in this design,the design achieves the initially set goals.The design of the power supply hardware and software and the design of the Android APP are completed.Finally,it is possible to read and set the power in real time through the Android APP.The goal of the operating state.
