With the rapid development of microwave integrated circuits,there is increasing demand for accuracy,dependence,efficiency and universality in modeling,whether in devices,circuits,antennas,interconnecting devices or packaging.In particular,the current trend of high-density integration of electromagnetic structures,large enough to the aerospace materials of composite materials,and the design of electromagnetic sensors for nanomaterials,all need to develop various complex multi-scale and multi-physics electromagnetic modeling and simulation algorithms.Due to a series of reasons,such as feeder interface and so on,the measurement parameters are not accurate,so the technology of de embedding is used to calibrate the influence of feeder or adapter.Similarly,the traditional calculation of electromagnetic simulation algorithm to extract the circuit parameters due to the reasons of excitation often exist port discontinuity,characteristic parameters and parasitic parameter extraction of circuit calculation leads to precise parameters will therefore have great influence to the precision.Therefore,it is one of the most important research contents to calculate the electromagnetic method combined with calibration technology to model the structure of the circuit and accurately extract the various parameters.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.Study the main difference in physical measurement and numerical method to block calibration method and the same characteristics,numerical calibration methods of detailed comparative analysis,according to the circuit structure of different modeling and parameter extraction of circuit select appropriate algorithm and numerical calculation of electromagnetic calibration technology.2.The difficulty of realizing SOC technology by FDTD is solved.In view of the grid characteristics of the finite difference time domain(FEA)algorithm,four different methods are proposed to implement the FDTD-SOC algorithm.According to the specific method,the SIW and HMSIW circuit structure,FGMSL structure and PNCML structure are modeled and analyzed,and the characteristic parameters of different circuit structures,such as propagation constant,characteristic impedance and parasitic parameters,are extracted respectively.At the same time,through the analysis and modeling of different circuits,the characteristic principle of different implementation methods of FDTD-SOC algorithm is summed up.3.Based on the existing numerical calibration techniques,a series of numerical calibration methods have been put forward innovatively based on the combination of calibration standards,and the applicable circuit types of different calibration methods and the limitation conditions of each method have been studied.Finally,the research content of the whole paper is summarized,and the future work is prospected.
