| In recent years,with the advent of the Internet era,electronic devices such as personal laptops and mobile phones have become an indispensable part of people’s life.Therefore,it is particularly important to solve the problem of power supplying.Now the current solution is to use batteries,but the battery technology has its own limitations,such as power supply of poor durability,serious pollution to the environment and material resource consumption,etc.So,the battery technology can’t satisfy the growing requirements.In the near future,with the development of micro-nano system and the application of health monitoring,infrastructure monitoring,environment monitoring,IoT and military,the traditional battery can’t satisfy the requirement of sensing system.Developing nanoscale sustainable self-power technology,seeking breakthrough of energy industry and solving the problem of portable electronics self-powering will be the focus in the future.The study and application of intelligent sensing system which can convert thermal energy and mechanical energy directly into electrical energy based on hybrid nanogenerator were introduced in this paper.And a large amount of wasted thermal energy exist in our life,how to collect the energy and convert the energy into electrical energy is a problem that get more and more attention of people.We use flexible pyroelectric generator(PG)based on polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)thin film to convert the thermal energy into electrical energy.When the temperature variation reached 50 K,the PG can produce open-circuit voltage of 8.5 V and short-circuit current of 8.5μA.At the same time,when the PG connected with 0.1 MΩexternal resistance,the output power can get 2.2μW.The PG based on PVDF can be direct power source to drive LCD(liquid crystal display)and LEDs(light emitting diodes),simultaneously,the PG can charge commercial capacitors too.Because the relationship between the output voltage of the PG and the temperature variation is linear,the PG can be used to build a self-powered thermal sensing system and more and more other self-powered sensing system.There is a large mount of mechanical energy in the wind and flowing water,because of contact and separation of the PVDF and water,the electrostatic energy in the water will be convert into electrical energy by the W-TENG(water TENG).The hybrid nanogenerator consists of three parts:W-TEGN,D-TENG(disk TENG)and EMG(electromagnetic generator).The hybrid nanogenerator can convert the mechanical energy and electrostatic energy in the wind and flowing water into electrical energy.When the rotation rate get 200 rpm,the short-circuit current of the D-TENG and EMG can get4μA and 7 mA,respectively.When the water flow rate reached 60 ml s-1,the open-circuit voltage of W-TENG can reach 10 V.Due to the strong performance of output,the hybrid nanogenerator can charge capacitor and battery which can drive LED,electric PH tester and humidity temperature sensing system.So the hybrid nanogenerator can build different self-powered sensing system. |
