The core of channel modeling is to use mathematical methods to describe the actual channel as accurately as possible.After having a deep understanding of the propagation of wireless electromagnetic waves,people use a series of parameters to characterize wireless channels and use field measurements to obtain the statistical characteristics of these parameters,thus establishing numerous channel models for different scenarios.This paper mainly studied the spatial small-scale fading of 3D channels,and built a 3D MIMO statistical channel model based on linear antenna array and planar antenna array.Firstly,the angle spectrum and the wave number spectrum distribution of 3D channel have been studied.By adding the power spectrum distribution of pitch angle,the multipath shape factor of the channel was expanded in three dimensions,and the influence factors of pitch angle were proposed.Then,the effects of different pitch power spectrum distributions on the small-scale fading of the channel when the azimuth power spectrum is evenly distributed were studied,and the influence of pitching angle and pitching angle expansion on wave number expansion in the horizontal viewing direction was analyzed when the pitching power spectrum distribution is Gauss distribution and Laplasse.After that,the existing 2D Kronecker statistical channel model has been revised based on the results of the above research.And the pitch angle correction factor was proposed and the 3D MIMO channel model was obtained.Based on this,the 3D MIMO channel modeling method based on planar antenna array was further studied in this paper,and a 3D MIMO statistical channel model based on planar antenna array was proposed when the down-angle spread is small.Finally,on the FPGA platform,the table system method was used to implement the hardware implementation of the 3D MIMO channel model.Through the simulation analysis of the 3D channel correlation,we found that the influence factors of pitch angle can well represent the influence of the multi-path wave elevation angle expansion on the spatial correlation of the horizontal observation direction.And when the elevation and elevation angles of the elevation angle and the elevation angle are widely spread,the multi-path shape factor of the 3D channel can more accurately describe the small-scale fading condition of the channel in the horizontal viewing direction.Meanwhile simultaneous use of the 3D MIMO channel model can establish a statistical model that is more in line with actual channel conditions.
