With the development of mobile internet technology,smart home is not only an important part of smart city,also be the development trend of urban planning and construction of residence community in the future.Smart home brings comfort and convenience to the user,but it brings great challenges of supervision and technical detectives for the environment configured with smart home to specific government departments or organizations.In order to achieve the supervision and technical detectives for the environment configured with smart home,and break through the security mechanism of smart home,the blind parsing for smart home protocol has become particularly important.Therefore,this thesis carries out the research and implementation of blind parsing scheme for smart home protocol based on WiFi technology.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the smart home technology and blind parsing technology.In view of the current problems that smart home protocol does not have a unified protocol standard and it's mainly private,the unsupervised machine learning K-Means clustering algorithm and the biological multi-sequence alignment algorithm are chosen as the technological schemes to implement the blind parsing for smart home protocol under unknown conditions.Then,the overall blind parsing scheme for smart home protocol is designed based on the demands and the selected technological schemes.By analyzing and studying the bit-stream characteristics of protocol,combining with mathematical statistics,vector space calculation and information entropy,a method based on the improved K-Means clustering algorithm is proposed to identify and classify smart home protocol under multi-protocols.By analyzing and studying the specification of protocol format,making statistics of the change rate of bytes and positions,a format inference method of smart home protocol based on the improved multi-sequence alignment algorithm is proposed to complete the reverse parsing of fixed field,variable field and length field.And then the RP4412 core development board is used as the hardware platform for the implementation of blind parsing scheme for smart home protocol.Finally,the result of the blind parsing scheme for smart home protocol is verified.Through directly acquiring the protocol data of popular smart home from the target router which is accessed to WiFi on the hardware platform built by the RP4412 core development board,and importing the data into wireshark,then by comparing the result of blind parsing scheme with the result of wireshark analysis,it shows that the scheme designed in this thesis can meet the requirements.
