Two or more DNA sequences' alignment is a crucial question of bioinformatics. Sequences alignment is a data mining process. In this paper, in consideration of some application, we do some research about several sequence alignment algorithms and the data mining application technique through sequences' aligning. According to those several typical sequence alignment algorithms, we choose a local optimizing algorithm, which increases the alignment score by lower the penalties in various degrees through aligning, thus the sensitivity of the algorithm is optimized to some degree. And a prototype system developed by Visual c# is presented. |
