Belt conveyors are commonly used transportation vehicles for continuous transportation of materials.Belt conveyors are usually complicated and harsh in working environment.In practical applications,conveyor belt slip and roller stuck failures are frequent.If they cannot be discovered and handled in time,it will have a serious impact on the safety of the belt conveyor and the normal production.Conveyor belt slip occurred during the operation of the belt conveyor and the roller stuck.The roller speed,vibration and temperature will show abnormal state when the failure occurs.Therefore,it is very important to detect the speed,vibration and temperature state parameters of the belt conveyor roller during working.At present,the wired measurement method has many problems,such as difficult power supply,complex wiring and high maintenance cost.Although the use of wireless sensor network(WSN)technology solves the problem of complex wiring problems and high maintenance costs,a large number of sensor terminal nodes in the WSN are supplied by batteries.The battery supply is limited,and its replacement and charging are more costly.Therefore,roller with self-powered multi-parameter detection function is proposed,which has a certain theoretical value and economic value.In order to detect the multi-parameters of the roller,taking into account the working environment of the roller and the structure of the roller,the acquisition of the speed,temperature and vibration of the roller is realized by using the external-rotor tachogenerator,DS18B20 digital temperature sensor and ADXL345 digital three axis acceleration sensor.In order to wirelessly transmit test data,ZigBee wireless sensor network is adopted and hardware design of its terminal nodes is performed.The terminal node takes the low-power wireless radio frequency chip CC2530 as its core;In addition to being used as a speed sensor,an external-rotor tachogenerator can provide electrical energy to the system and achieve self-powering of the system.In order to store the data collected by the ADXL345 sensor and to reduce the wireless data transmission pressure of ZigBee wireless sensor network,the method of storage and transmission is used first.Using SD memory card to store data collected by sensors,and then transmit freely when the channel is idle.In order to realize the function of the system,the software design of the terminal node and the coordinator node is completed based on the Z-Stack protocol stack.In order to verify whether the system can complete the detection task and the reliability of the system's self-power supply,a test platform with roller with self-powered multi-parameter detection function is set up in the laboratory.The experiment proves that roller can accurately detect the rotation speed,temperature and vibration state during operation,and can realize reliable self-power supply.In this dissertation,the study of roller with self-powered multi parameter detection function is helpful to solve the problems of difficulty in power supply,complex wiring and high maintenance cost existing in the existing detection methods.
