In recent years,with the rapid development of membrane computing research,the application of population dynamics P system(called population dynamics P system)in the data modeling of ecosystem has become a new research field.Population dynamics P system has the characteristics of inherent regional segmentation,inherent discreteness and non-determinism.From the characteristic of inherent region segmentation,the four characteristics of maximal parallelism,extensibility,modularity and distribution are derived.The giant panda is rare and protected animals in the world.In the work related to giant panda activities,researchers need to diagnose and analyze the population size,age structure of population and the factors that cause population variation.These research are of great significance to the protection of giant panda.The application of population dynamics P system in the research of giant panda ecosystem can not only make full use of the inherent characteristics of membrane system,but also provide a new method for data modeling of ecosystem.Therefore,this paper uses population dynamics P system to research the population dynamics of giant panda.The main work and research results are as follows:1.The model of giant panda ecosystem in captivity based on population dynamics P system was designed.The design method of population dynamics P system model is elaborated.And the simulation software MeCoSim of population dynamics P system is introduced briefly.Then,on the basis of the global giant panda pedigree data in captivity released by Chinese Association of Zoological Gardens,the conceptual model and computational model of the researched giant panda ecosystem in captivity are designed.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of the population dynamics P system model was verified by experiments.2.The improved model of giant panda ecosystem in captivity based on population dynamics P system was designed.In-depth analysis was made from the evolution behavior of giant panda.The detailed data were collected and processed about the reproduction of giant panda to improve the deviation from the designed rules of reproduction module.Then,the conceptual model and computational model of the researched giant panda ecosystem in captivity are designed.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of the population dynamics P system model was verified by experiments.3.The extended model of giant panda ecosystem in captivity based on populationdynamics P system was designed.In-depth investigation was made from researched giant panda ecosystem in captivity.The detailed data were collected and processed about the released giant panda to embody the released behavior of giant panda in captivity.Then,the conceptual model and computational model of the researched giant panda ecosystem in captivity are designed.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of the population dynamics P system model was verified by experiments.
