Spaceborne shaped reflector antenna has the advantages of high cross-polarization,low sidelobe,etc.,so that it has a wide range of applications in satellite communications,radar remote sensing and so on.This paper based on the shaped mesh reflector to study how to design shaped mesh reflector,etc.,?1.6 mantenna reflector model analyzed,and make the principle prototype.The main contents are as follows:(1)A method of design shaped mesh reflector is proposed.Firstly,the shaped surface meeting the technical requirement is designed for the specific coverage area.Secondly,according to the working frequency and the precision requirement,the nodes are selected and the shaping surface is formed by programing.Then,electrical simulation is carried.The simulation results show that the shaped mesh reflector can meet the technical requirements and can realize the shaping purpose.(2)A pretension design method of three-layer shaped mesh reflector was proposed,a three-layer shaped mesh reflector was designed according to this method.The main principle of this method is based on the existing design methods of pretension;the pretension design was carried out for different mesh surfaces of the three-layer shaped reflector.By using the method to design pretension,the results show that the pretension can make the reflector structure to meet the balance,and the correctness of the algorithm is proved.The correctness of the algorithm is illustrated.(3)Research on modal prediction method of cable network structure.By combining the uniform experimental design theory with the modal calculation method,a modal prediction method of cable network structure is developed.The method can be used to predict the modal of cable net structure with the consideration of many factors,and compare it with the simulation result of finite element software.It proves that the modal prediction method is correct;at the same time,the modal analysis and thermal analysis of the three-layer shaped mesh reflector are carried out,and the variation law of the reflector surface accuracy and the modal frequency is studied under the gravity environment.(4)Development of principle prototype of three-layer shaped mesh reflector.In order to verify whether the structure of the three-layer shaped mesh reflector is stable under the design of the pretension,the prototype of the three-layer shaped mesh reflector is developed and tested.The result proves that the structure keeps stable,the surface accuracy can meet the design requirements;at the same time,it can provide some reference for the development of large shaped mesh reflector.
