Research On Social Reinforcement Influence And Forgetting Mechanism In Information Dissemination

In recent years,complex network theory has attracted more and more attention,solving the practical problems of information dissemination in social networks using theory and method of complex network has become a new research topic.The issue of information dissemination in social networks is typical dissemination dynamics in complex networks,the nature of the social network can be analyzed by models and simulations,and then the essence of iinformation dissemination in social networks can be revealed.Researches on the rules of information dissemination in social networks are of great importance for information dissemination prediction,precise advertising and the security of internet.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.Statistical parameters and network models are introduced and dissemination models of epidemic are analyzed.The weakness of these dissemination models is pointed out,which lay the foundation of for the research of information dissemination rules.2.In the view of characteristics of information dissemination in social networks,users can not receive information in short time during information dissemination is affected by the social reinforcement influence,which we think the information dissemination is affected by forgetting mechanism during this period of time.And we take the probabilities of information dissemination affected by the social reinforcement influence as initial values of forgetting mechanism,and at the same time,transition state rules of nodes on the SEIR model are improved.3.Process of information dissemination is analyzed using the real social network,changes of node density when considering forgetting mechanism and not are compared,the impact of forgetting mechanism on information dissemination during social reinforcement influence is analyzed,the impact of initial dissemination rate and receiving information intervals on information dissemination is analyzed from perspectives of both information dissemination rate and dissemination range.The results indicated that the dissemination rate in network is slower and dissemination range is smaller when considering the forgetting mechanism during the social reinforcement influence in social networks.And the increase of initial dissemination rate will make information disseminate faster and the dissemination range larger,however,the increase of receiving information intervals will make information disseminate slower and the dissemination range smaller.
