A Research On Quality Management Of Book Project Of Shandong People's Publishing House

Based on the current situation of book quality in China and the concept of project management and project management,this paper expounds the quality management process of the book project of Shandong people's publishing house.Further analysis of Shandong people's publishing house,mainly including: first,the overall process analysis;Secondly,the organization mechanism is analyzed,and the main mechanism,characteristics and basic operation are summarized.Third,the progress management combing;Fourth,security analysis,management security system mainly include the book the goal of project quality management,cultural orientation,take measures from three aspects,analyzes the press by publishing the necessity and feasibility of the project management.Finally,the author analyzes the shortcomings of Shandong people's publishing house in the quality management of book project and its enlightenment to other publishing houses.This paper aimed to Shandong people's publishing house publishing project quality management after study concluded that for the other publishing houses in China after the conversion of the reference books project quality management to provide operating level.Along with the deepening reform and innovation of mechanism system,in the process of the marketization of the cultural industry in the transition in China also appeared a lot of new problems.One of the most prominent Is the greatest influence the development of the publishing industry and the industry image,is the quality problem of the books.Because the quality of books management does not reach the designated position,make books error rate rise,which affected the marketization process of publishing.So,how to manage the quality of books,it has more realistic meaning and long-term meaning.
