Deposit System Design And Implementation In Public Resource Trading Center

In recent years,local governments have integrated the information / construction project bidding,government procurement,clay auction,property transactions and other major trading platform,established Public Resource Trading Center.The Public Resource Trading Center has been insisting on using information technology to create a comprehensive and intelligent trading service platform,providing efficient and convenient public services.In order to provide an open,fair and equitable trading environment,and protect the interests of both sides of the transaction,Public Resource Trading Center needs to build a safe,stable,and reliable margin system.The margin system implements a series of funtions,including dealing with project information and application information from the transaction center,appling for a sub account,quering payment status,bank note,detail reconciliation,refund request,sub account cancellation.This paper first introduces the research background,current situation and research level home and abroad of this topic,analyses the business processing flow of margin system,then discusses the problems focused and technical scheme adopted,defines the hardware and software architecture and communication interface,describes design of system database in detail,and implements each component of this system.Finally,tests the system and show the results.Special attention must be paid in improving the system's availability and the security and integrity of data.As introduced in this paper,the margin system uses some methods like equipment redundancy,load balancing,dedicated line connection,access control list,communication component process encapsulation,communication ftont-end,stored procedure,and so on.These solutions have wide applicability and application prospect in design of small and medium-sized websites.
