With the development of information technology,image processing technology plays an important role in agriculture monitoring,industrial production,medical imaging and other fields.As a new theory of signal acquisition,Compressed sensing(CS)can sample far below the Nyquist sampling rate and then reconstructs the original signal from the low sample value.It breaks through the Shannon sampling theory and saves a lot of time,space and cost.In the field of image processing,compressed sensing has been widely used.This paper propose a method of adaptive sampling and adaptive threshold based on DCT.According to the texture features and DCT coefficients of image,calculate the optimal threshold by the adaptive shrink threshold algorithm and achieve adaptive sampling at a fixed sampling rate.Finally,through the weighted total variation model and conjugate gradient algorithm to reconstruct the image.In order to meet the requirement of image system,this paper designs an image compressed sensing coding and decoding system based on HPS(Hard Processor System)and FPGA.It realizes image acquisition,compression,transmission and reconstruction.The system is designed with the combination of hardware and software and selects DE1-SoC as the development platform,CYCLONE V series of FPGA as the central processing unit.First,this paper design the D5 M camera IP core and configure the Frame Buffer,Frame Reader,SDRAM,mixer and other image processing IP core in FPGA,and then use the AXI and Avalon bus to connect the IP core to set up the HPS model.Image compressed coding and transmission of image is realized in HPS and the compressed data is sent through Zigbee wireless sending module.Finally,the host computer receive the data through the Zigbee wireless receiving module and complete the image reconstruction,display and save the image.This system includes the design of Compressed sensing coding and decoding algorithm,the structure of image acquisition system and image compression processing system,the construction of hardware platform,the design of software program and the upper monitor.The paper realizes the function of each module and debug the feasibility of the system.The result shows that the system is stable and can realize the acquisition,compression,transmission and reconstruction of any natural image.This design reduce the resource of FPAG and the complexity of system.It is flexible,portability and can meet the needs of practical engineering.
