Internet of Things(IOT)is developed on the basis of the Internet.RFID technology,as the main means of identifying things by the Internet of Things,is an important way to achieve the“connection between objects and things”and“people and things”and is also the key technology to achieve the Internet of Things.As an important part of RFID technology,tags have become more and more important for UHF RFID tags.Labels do not work properly in a metal environment,although there are many anti-metal labels,most of them are expensive and have a large thickness,which has certain limitations in the application field.In order to solve the problem that conventional labels cannot work normally in metal environment,anti-metal labels suitable for metal environments are proposed.At the same time,in order to reduce the cost of labels and make them more compact,this paper focuses on the study of flexible anti-metal labels,at the same time,the flexible anti-metal label is conformed to the metal can,and the change of the label performance after the commonness is analyzed.At the same time,the labels with different thickness are in common with the expanded food,and the maximum distance that can be read reliably is also far away,which can be used normally in the supermarket and has great application value.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First of all,the working methods of the UHF RFID system were introduced,and the performance parameters of the tag antenna were introduced.Through the calculation of the maximum distance that the UHF RFID system tag can read stably,the parameters that can influence the tag antenna are analyzed.Then,the influence of metal on the performance of the label was analyzed,and a low-profile ultra-high frequency RFID anti-metal tag was designed on this basis.The size was 71×28×0.254mm~3.The Rogers 5880 plate was used,which considering miniaturization and can be applied to the application field which has strict requirement on label size;The selection method and standard of flexible materials are expounded,and the parameters of flexible materials are tested.On this basis,two flexible anti-metal labels with different thickness are designed,the size is 91.67×24.62×0.74mm~3 and85.875×21×0.5mm~3,which have advantages such as low cost,can be conformal,low profile,far from the reading distance and so on,these labels also have high application values.Finally,based on the application scenario of unmanned supermarkets,the design of the flexible anti-metal label is conformed to the metal surface for analysis,and the change in the label performance after the commonness is analyzed.Research shows that the designed flexible anti-metal tag have good conformability.All these UHF RFID tags designed and researched are processed in real-life and tested.At the same time,the labels with different thickness are in common with the expanded food,and the maximum distance that can be read reliably is also far away,which can be used normally in the supermarket and has great application value.
