Broadband multimedia trunking system integrates TD-LTE system and trunking technology and it is a relatively advanced multimedia scheduling system,The feature of this system is that multi users share dynamic channels,and proprietary schedules can allocate resources according to priority.These features make the system have a higher spectrum utilization and more reasonable allocation of resources.The trunking communication system includes the terminal,the base station and the dispatching table,which can realize the functions of ordinary call,real-time video,scheduling,group call and so on.The trunking communication system is widely used in the dispatch and command department,which is more flexible and effective than the commercial 4G system.In order to form a broadband multimedia trunking communication system,it is necessary to add the trunking function to the TD-LTE system.The addition of trunking function involves all layers of the TD-LTE protocol stack.In the RRC layer of the TD-LTE protocol stack,the problem to be solved is to enable the base station and the terminal to send and process trunking-related configuration and contol information.In order to solve the above problem,signaling needs to be added on the original basis to transmit the trunking-related configuration.The RRC layer protocol software of the base station and the terminal needs to add corresponding processing functions.The author has solved the problem above.The chapters of this article are summarized as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and research significance of TD-LTE broadband multimedia trunking system,expounds the main works and contributions of the author in the proect,and gives the structure and arrangement of the paper.The second chapter briefly introduces the protocol stack and RRC layer protocol of the standard TD-LTE system.The RRC layer design schemes of the TD-LTE system that the author refers to in order to complete the design are introduced,and the summary and selection of the schemes are given.The differences on the RRC layer between the trunking system and the standard TD-LTE system are given.The third chapter and the fourth chapters are the key chapters of this paper.The design and implementation of the trunking function in the RRC layer protocol software for the base station and the terminal are described respectively.First,the overall module design is given respectively,and the submodules that need to be added or changed to add trunking function are pointed out.Then the adding and modifying parts of each submodule are introduced separately,and the design and implementation process of this part are given.The fifth chapter is the consistency test of this design,introduces the test environment,test content,test results and analysis Firstly,the standard RRC layer core process is tested,and then the added trunking function is tested.The sixth chapter summarizes the work,Some improvements and the research points are given.
