In recent years,with the continuous progress and development of China?s aviation industry and aerospace science and technology,the requirement of automatic control and testing of precision instruments by advanced technology equipment is increasing,the ability of the sensor to overcome the influence of external environmental factors will become a higher standard,therefore this paper presents that studying on temperature sensitivity features of vibration sensor.Based on the analysis of the significance of the research on vibration calibration and the study and development status at home and abroad,the comparison is made between the two main vibration calibration methods?comparison calibration and absolute calibration?,the method of laser interference measurement with heterodyne sine approximation is determined,measurement of sensitivity,also making development and research of temperature sensitivity calibration system of vibration sensor.Study on temperature sensitivity calibration features of vibration sensor,it is used to measure the sensitivity of the sensor in different temperature conditions and the working frequency and the acceleration amplitude range of the sensor,design and application of intelligent PID temperature controller to create a temperature control environment for the vibration sensor,exploring the temperature sensitivity features of vibration sensor.This kind of system will be able to achieve the temperature control environmentat-50°C+500°C?20HZ2000HZfrequencyrange?10-4mm10mm?frequency dependent?dynamic range?amplitude?,making calculation and comparison of sensitivity of vibration sensor?or acceleration sensor?speed sensor and so on?.This system mainly includes temperature controller,standard vibration experimental platform,temperature test box and heterodyne laser interferometer.The main objectives of this research are as follows:design and implementation of intelligent PID temperature control system,to achieve the high and low temperature control for measurement system,exploring the change of sensitivity of vibration sensor in different temperature environment,get some data?rules and results;Accumulate some experimental and practical experience for the further research on the temperature sensitivity of the vibration sensor;It provides the practical basis and experimental basis for the subsequent temperature sensitivity calibration system of the vibration sensor.
