Design And Implementation Of Bank Functional Automated Testing Framework

In this rapidly changing and developing time,if we want any product to be competitive,it needs to adapt and respond to changes quickly.At the same time,the developing of this product also requires high quality with rapid and sustained delivery.To achieve this goal,automated testing will be necessary.Nowadays,automated testing has new features and trends: different technologies for different products have different framework support automation technology;automated testing requires different solutions for different business models,so that automated testing has a better readability,achieve lower cost,higher efficiency and more effective coverage.This paper introduces the background information of systematical functional test automation technology,the purpose and significance of development of domestic and international information system features,automated testing tools,and frameworks.This article also take some bank as example,analyzed its business information system functional test automation requirements,and problems of automation framework needs to be solved in automated testing,especially on specific implementation process area.Taking full account of reality that the tester development level is not high and the objective environment that information system requirements may change frequently,according to the characteristics of a banking software project management system and actual information systems,the use of IBM's Rational Functional Tester tool,based on the business and separation test scripts,test scripts and test the principle of the separation of the code,a set of design apply to a bank automated functional testing framework.Finally,the ASCF information system testing used this test framework to conduct a comprehensive functional test,find and fix potential defects existed in the frame,thereby performing continuous optimization.By designing "function of a bank automated testing framework," the implementation of an effective solution to such problems as: huge manual testing personnel workload,low efficiency,lack of feasible performance assessment,the test results quality varying,manual testing not able to adapt to agile development model etc.This frame work meets a bank's requirements on information systems development of high quality,high-speed and low-cost.
