Design Of Scientific And Technical Personnel (Expert) Database Management System

With the rapid development of global science and technology in recent years,China's scientific and technological personnel(experts)are also increasing,the country's attention to these talents is also in a rising trend.The quality and quantity of scientific and technical personnel(experts)are up to the standard,which is closely related to the economic development of our country and the national construction.In order to fully understand the scientific and technical personnel(experts)of the reserves,more effective play to the ability of scientific and technological personnel(experts),to improve the structure and environment of scientific and technological personnel(experts).We will build a complete information management system,to achieve the high level of scientific and technological personnel management.In any industry,talent management is a very important issue.Based on the management of scientific and technical personnel(expert),this paper describes and designs a set of scientific and technical personnel(expert)library management system.System through the country's scientific and technological personnel(experts)as far as possible a comprehensive collection of storage,the user more clearly grasp and understand the basic situation of science and technology professionals(experts).The system consists of four subsystems,which are the talent pool management subsystem,the individual information reporting subsystem,the unit user management subsystem and the system user recommendation subsystem of the system.There are many sub function modules in these subsystems.In the system technology,technical personnel(experts)database management system through the development of the system Visual Studio 2008 platform program,the programming language C#,database system developed for Microsoft SQL Server 2008,the deployment environment operating system for Windows Server 2008.This system through the national science and technology talents(experts)to collect as much as possible into the comprehensive information of national science and technology talents(experts)the number and distribution of comprehensive mocha and master,for technical personnel(experts)to provide data base development planning.This paper describes the technical personnel(expert)library management system user requirements,the application system for a comprehensive and detailed analysis of user needs,formulate system target plan and design according to user needs.The system applies to the scope of the user's units,R & D units,unit project managers,system developers and related technical personnel,etc.
