The German government proposed the "Industrial 4.0" plan,which will be upgraded to a national strategy,aimed at improving the competitiveness of German industry,Occupation opportunities in the industrial revolution.Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is the link of enterprise CIMS information integration,It plays an important role in realizing intelligent factory and intelligent production.It is an important role of realizing "Industrial 4.0" strategy.TFT-LCD manufacturing enterprises,a high degree of automation,process complexity,thousands of equipment,hundreds of process sites,dozens of process,a variety of production models,production process completely dependent on MES system,so the MES system requirements highly availability(7 * 24 hours)and maintainability and scalability.Against the above background Firstly,in this paper,through researching and investigating the manufacturing execution system(MES)in TFT-LCD large-scale automated manufacturing system,We will build a model of the physical factory environment and operation process,and design a TFT-LCD MES system for enterprises to improve the enterprise's Informatization and intelligent level and Work efficiency,to increase production capacity and yield,to improve competitiveness of enterprises.Secondly,according to the requirements of MES system in LCD industry,the software architecture will use OSGI,Spring development frameworks,TIBCO message middleware,ORM,BPEL and DBCP database connection pool technology to improve the expansion,maintenance and update easily.Hardware architecture use minicomputer,SAN storage network,os HA technology,database RAC and other technologies to design the high-performance,high availability(7 * 24 hours),and high scalability architecture.choosing a set of database products for the LCD industry MES system,and design some important tables structure of the database;Finally,we summarize some architectural design problems existing in the MES system after long time running in the factory,and how enterprise application should be going to intelligent factory and intelligent production direction in "Industrial 4.0...
