Document Processing Software Design Of Printed Circuit Board In Automatic Test System

In the process of debugging and maintenance of the automatic test system,product developers usually need to set test points to debug against the schematic diagram.The schematics are mostly in the form of screenshots.The various schematics are difficult to manage,and the testers are also required.Higher,making the entire debugging and maintenance process inefficient.The Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM)was developed in the late1980's.With the development of modern information technology,it has become an important new technology to guarantee information technology to meet the military needs of information war.It also improves the equipment maintenance,technical data management and personnel training efficiency and benefits,especially in the field of information technology equipment safeguard informatization has become the research hot spot.At this stage,in the field of IETM research and development,China is still in its initial stage.Although China enacted GJB6600 and other IETM technical standards,but in its promotion and uniform implementation,there is a gap with the developed countries.This thesis starts from the development demand of IETM and takes the background of debugging and maintenance in the automatic test system as the background.It designs and develops a set of software that can read,display and edit the printed circuit board documents under the Protel platform,and uses the GJB6600 standard.As a benchmark,the development and design of the IETM platform validates the feasibility and practicality of the software,and solves the problems of difficulty in the management of PCB diagrams and schematics during the test process and the inconvenience of modification.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Detailed comparison and analysis of the PCB diagram and schematic diagram structure under Protel platform,and design related software to realize its display and modification functions;(2)research IETM standard,select GBJ6600 standard as reference,combine SD10000 standard as reference,design IETM platform,and use this platform to perform functional verification and feasibility verification of the printed circuit board document processing software;(3)Detailed design and elaboration of the IETM functional modules and hierarchical structure,and gives detailed design of each functional module.The research on IETM technology in China is still in the relatively early stage.The document processing of printed circuit boards is still in the initial picture or PDF format display stage,lacking interaction design with users.The research of this paper is for the domestic independently developed IETM system platform.It is of positive significance and is also conducive to promoting the development and application of IETM technology under the national military standard.
