With the development of the sensor and the Internet of things technology,the old control system has been difficult to maintain the demand of large-scale sensor equipment and people's personalized service.The development of situational awareness brings new vitality to the bottleneck of the development.The purpose of the research is to provide people with intelligent control to adapt to the current situation".But in context aware applications,sensors and other equipment due to technical limitations,the data obtained with imprecision and uncertainty,which leads to higher levels of contextual information obtained using their reasoning remains uncertain,which brings a big challenge to developers.Therefore,it is urgent to study the uncertain reasoning in context awareness.First of all,based on the analysis of the context aware framework existing on the system is carried out on the situation after stratification is proposed to adapt to uncertain context aware reasoning framework,and according to the context information from different sources were designed for special acquisition module.Said the situation ontology model is a system specification,this paper analyzes the D-S theory and the feasibility of Constructing Ontology Model on the basis of past experience,modeling,extension of the OWL ontology modeling mode for the development of D-S,the theoretical support is good,and is suitable for uncertain reasoning,this paper based on user behavior to establish the ontology model,provides the conditions for subsequent reasoning process.Secondly,the pretreatment of contextual information is to ensure the correct implementation of the conditional reasoning,based on the combination of research in the data processing of the rough set in the past,uncertain information processing will be applied in the existing context aware in rough sets data processing method for context aware,this method using the Naive Scaler algorithm is used to discretize the original data,then using discernibility matrix reduction method of rough set reduction,the conclusion can be used as an important basis for the D-S theory of reasoning.Thirdly,the uncertain reasoning method is the key and difficult point in this paper.In the analysis and improvement of high conflicts of D-S combination rule in theory,based on rough set theory D-S treatment as a result of reliability,while the use of Jena in the advantage of ontology reasoning,design an uncertain reasoning method of hybrid reasoning and ontology logic based on D-S theory.Numerical examples show that the hybrid approach is feasible.Finally,this paper designs and implements a prototype system of context awareness in the smart home environment,and implements the information preprocessing module and the context aware server,and realizes the context aware client based on Android.The test results show that the context aware reasoning method is reliable in practical application.
