With the rapid development of communication networks,people's demand for mobile communication is increasing day by day.To provide users with higher bandwidth,better quality of service and lower tariff to meet the needs of users of high interactive multimedia has become a research hot spot.One of the most important indicators of network performance is Quality of Service(QoS).Based on the H.264 coding standard,this thesis analyzes the feasibility of applying digital fountain codes to video transmission in mobile networks,and designs an algorithm based on digital fountain codes with unequal error protection to guarantee the QoS of Video Transmission in Network.At the same time,this thesis presents a QoE evaluation model based on video content and combined with video jitter,packet loss rate and other parameters to evaluate the user experience.This thesis first studies the principle of H.264 video coding standard,and analyzes the specific process and key technology of coding and decoding.Then,based on the idea of progressive recovery of digital fountain codes,an algorithm based on digital fountain code is designed.Then the algorithm is simulated in the 5G mobile network environment.At the same time,a QoE evaluation model based on video content is proposed to verify the performance of the algorithm.The algorithm improves the QoS of video transmission in mobile networks,and the overall performance achieves the real-time requirements of compressed video stream.In addition to the parameters such as video packet loss rate and video jitter rate,the QoE evaluation model also combines the video content characteristics,obtains video frame type,macroblock type and motion vector information in video load information,and uses motion vector and Intra-coded macroblocks to describe the motion characteristics of the video content.In this thesis,the algorithm is simulated by ns-3 simulation platform and verified by QoE evaluation model based on video content.The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively guarantee the video quality of the receiving end and improve the QoS of video transmission.
