With the development of the business in the Huaxia Bank,the process of promoting the integration of accounting reform is accelerating.A qualitative change in the level of the comprehensive treatment of banking business.The existing internal control management methods and management tools,has been unable to fully meet the requirements of the development of the new system.Especially,a large number of accounting daily,miscellaneous business data management,there are many needs to be improved.So,there is an urgent need to establish a set of risk monitoring,taking for the business operation and decision support overall risk prevention and control system.And strengthen the financial security,risk management,anti money laundering and other aspects of the comprehensive analysis.My dissertation through to the bank business process,user requirements,equipment standards,business scale investigation and finishing.Through to carry out a research on J2 EE architecture,SSH framework,Oracle database,WebSphere platform and WO DM engine technology,and put forward the hardware and software development of real-time monitoring system of the implementing scheme of bank risk.System is B/S framework of the SSH framework development,database is 11 g Oracle,front end of the use of JQ uery framework,the rule engine interface is WO DM IBM platform.The system is divided into five modules: service configuration,model configuration,log query,warning display,and warning management.Business configuration includes: system login,rights management,department management,role management,user management,organization management,teller management module,and system maintenance is mainly responsible for the ove rall public interface and common method.Model configuration module mainly includes: data source configuration,configuration table definition,field configuration,data model configuration,model configuration module,the main function is to achieve the basic information warning model and visualization of configuration information.Early warning display module mainly includes: warning information statistical view and warning information processing sub module.The warning management module includes five sub modules: task statistics,central processing,sub branch processing and query.Show warning and warning management risk warning information is reflected from the crawl,show to find problems warning registration,classification,editing,reply,confirmation,rectification,verification,completion of the entire treatment process.The characteristics of this system is that the first is the whole system of business process and the bank's core business processes can be linked together,early warning information extraction and accurate feedback.Second,the use of existing banks or mature external interfaces and lightweight development framework,improve the development efficiency,more conducive to the late maintenance.Finally,because of the sufficient funds,the use of good physical equipment to form a powerful cluster deployment platform,so that the system has a strong load capacity and fast response speed.
