With the business expansion of compound pipe department,the information quantity that enterprise receives is unceasing increasing.How to let informatization supports core competitiveness becomes the research emphasis of compound pipe department.Under the intensified market competition,enterprise who can mine contents and the potential value that are hided in enterprise's data better and provide supporting to enterprise's producing and operating and leaders' Tomorrow's Decisions can strengthen the core competitiveness and adept the “new normal” of economic development.Based on the current situation of compound pipe department,research background and significance,present situation in China and overseas,and theoretical basis of data mining are introduced firstly in this paper,the Integrated management system of compound pipe department is designed later based on researching these departments of sale,manufacture,storing and shipping and integrating all information of production and operating activities.The timely and accurate feedback data of this system ensures effective controlling and management on the manufacturing schedule and the execution of sales orders and also guarantees the sales department holding the manufacturing schedule and storing in real time,avoiding poor orders execution by receiving orders blindly and preventing hurting the reputation of the company.Finally,it improves the levels of process control and cost control,and achieves maximum benefits.By importing the date of the integrated management system that derives from different departments into MySQL5.5 database,utilizing the FineReport building a Real-time sharing platform for every department,and using Genetic Algorithms to automatic dispatch order producing multi – producing lines,Resource integration and utilization can be maximally achieved,productivity can be badly implemented,order fulfillment can be realized in real time,resource consumption can be minimized,which means using Holt-Winters to achieve optimal solution on resource integration and utilization.
