Hyper-spectral polarization imaging is mainly used for spectral analysis,polarization analysis and image analysis of the target by multiple spectral channels.It can realize the imaging of a specific wavelength about the measured target,more conducive to the target recognition,capture and tracking.Therefore,the spectropolarimetric imaging has a great application prospect in fields of water quality monitoring,air monitoring,ecological environment,medical and military target recognition,etc.The whole idea of this paper is based on the principle of AOTF hyper-spectral polarization imaging.The effects of 0 level light is analyzed and 0 level interference suppression method is proposed.However,in fog and haze weather,polarization images are seriously affected by atmospheric aerosols.In order to distinguish targets more clearly,a polarization dehazing algorithm based on stokes is studied.Therefore,this paper is mainly studied from the following aspects.Firstly,the basic principle of AOTF hyper-spectral polarization imaging are described.When the target light passes through TeO2 crystal in AOTF,the emitted light not only produces±1 level polarized light of perpendicular to each other but also produces 0 level light.According to the interference of 0 level light,a AOTF hyperspectral polarization imaging 0 level interference suppression method is proposed,which is the next step to study the influence of aerosol on system imaging,and exclude the system's own factors.Secondly,the atmospheric scattering based on Rayleigh scattering and Mie scattering of polarization characteristics is analyzed.The relationship between optical thickness?AOD?and atmospheric polarization in aerosol optical properties is studied.It is further proved that the atmospheric aerosol will change the polarization characteristics.Thirdly,polarization image has lower contrast degradation seriously in fog and haze weather.It affects the accuracy of target recognition and outdoor exploration.The atmospheric scattering model based on the polarized light characteristics is established and a polarization dehazing algorithm based on Stokes is proposed.The algorithm can realize polarization image dehazing and restore the original target image.Finally,the experimental platform of hyperspectral polarization imaging system based on AOTF is built.On the basis of the theoretical verification,the 0 level interference suppression method proposed above is carried out and spectral imaging is measured by the system.In fog and haze weather,the experiments show that the polarization dehazing algorithm is feasible in this system.The definition of polarization dehazing image is improved by 40.6%and the contrast is improved by 45.4%.It is proved that the algorithm can greatly improve the quality of image and more conducive to target recognition in fog and haze weather.
