The machine vision system is applied in many fields with its high efficiency,reliability,low cost and high precision.This paper studies the theory and technology of illumination source system,lighting mode,optical system,photoelectric image conversion and data transmission in the image acquisition of machine vision system.Machine vision as an emerging industry,the various manufacturers,agents,integrators and did not form a unified technical standard or specification,so different object detection of image acquisition system.Important research objects for different types of test paper,how to set up the corresponding image acquisition system is used to collect images clear and stable convenient later processing,and machine vision system,image acquisition of lighting light source,optical system imaging unit,as well as the general selection principle of data transmission mode,and their relations between the general type selection and the target under test.Based on machine vision system,image acquisition of photoelectric technology research achievements,the author built a set of mobile phone brand defect machine vision detection system,according to the trademark images by template matching shape were collected affine transformation for defect treatment and discrimination.Compared with the traditional detection methods,the trademark defect detection system,with advantages of fast detection speed,high efficiency,labor cost saving and non-contact detection,further appling and verifying the previous research results.
