The power and rate control of wireless communication network is an important measure to improve user's service quality and enhance user's experience,which is of great research significance.Transmission delay is a technical challenge in the modeling and control of power and rate in wireless communication networks.Traditional methods of power and rate control do not consider the issue of multiple delays in the modeling process,nor do they consider QoS firstly,but simply pursue the maximization of network throughput.In view of the shortcomings of existing power and rate control methods in wireless communication networks,this paper studies the modeling and control algorithms of power and rate control in wireless communication networks from the perspectives of control theory and quality of service.First of all,this paper considers the transmission delay which is difficult to be avoided in the real wireless communication network,and studies it from shallow to deep,re-modeling the wireless communication network without delay,with single delay and with multiple delays.Then,based on the various models obtained,this paper studies the optimal control methods of power and rate so that the output of the system can reach the expected numbers.Finally,aiming at the proposed control algorithm,this paper uses MATLAB/SIMULINK computer simulation tools to verify,and the simulation results show that the proposed control algorithms have good control effects and control performances.In addition,this article also studies the power and rate control based on the idea of priority of quality of service,to ensure the quality of service of users.First of all,this paper establishes the index model of network quality of service.Secondly,based on this model,we get the maximum rate and the corresponding signal-to-noise ratio that users can get under a certain QoS constraint and complete the network resource adaptation.Finally,we use the power and rate control algorithm mentioned in this paper to make the system output track the adapted user's best signal-to-noise ratio and maximum rate.
