With the rapid development of the current society,power electronics technology and power source are applied to various industries.Especially,various functional power demand is growing in some important laboratories and scientific research institutions.However,in view of some collegial laboratories or related scientific research institutions,the study of the corresponding experiments needs to configure a number of different power supplies,the purpose of this research istoproposea optimized multi-functionpower supply.In this paper,the traditional three-phase bridge converter and a digital signal processor(DSP)control chip are used for the multi-function power supply,which can realize AC/DC output by controlling relay.The power supply is based on digital signal processor(DSP)control.And by connecting different peripheral circuits,AC and DC output modes can be realized.AC model can support single/three phase AC output,which can realize harmonic source simulation,adjustable frequency and voltage output,and stable current output.At the same time,AC mode also has the function of over current(including peak and RMS),over voltage and overload protection.DC model can support DC output,which can realize buck and boost output,constant current output,over current/ voltage and overload protection.The principle,structure,detection method and control strategy of the power supply are analyzed.The calculation method of main circuit parameters is given,and the filter inductance is optimized.Matlab/Simulink is used to build the corresponding simulation model.According to the simulation results.In AC mode,the system circuit can realize harmonic simulation,adjustable frequency and voltage output,and stable current output,and realize harmonic injection simulation in the output frequency range.In DC mode,it cansupport DC outputand realizebuck and boostoutput,constantcurrent output.Finally,a reasonable design of software program and hardware circuit is made for the power supply,and the experimental prototype is built in combination with experimentalconditions in the laboratory.The stable experimental results are obtained through several debugging and testing of the power prototype,which verified the feasibility and practicability of theexperimentaldevicein this paper.
