In the new century,the state attaches great importance to informationization.After many years of informationization,China has gradually built the necessary infrastructure to meet the needs of school information education and teaching applications.We must make full use of modern information technology and accelerate the improvement of the networked,digital,personalized and lifelong education system.Through the comprehensive implementation of the information technology application upgrading project for teachers in primary and secondary schools,an indicator system for teachers' information technology application capability has been established,and information technology application capabilities have been incorporated into teacher management systems such as teacher qualification,job title evaluation,and evaluation awards.On this basis,teacher evaluation has became an important evidence of teacher professional development and an important part of school management.At present,the problems are existing in teachers' application of information technology in teaching that are summarized as follows: 1.Information technology is not recognized by schools and teachers but also information technology awareness is weak.2.Teachers do not understand their teaching level and teaching weaknesses 3.Teachers cannot find suitable courses to watch.Based on the above,according to the actual situation in our province,the evaluation indicators and weights that are suitable for the teaching situation.The teacher information of technology application ability evaluation system based on the B/S structure which is developed.The system is mainly divided into viewing,commenting,recording and uploading,assessing and recommending,generating test reports.In the user viewing and commenting module,according to the system analysis and design,the recommendation module based on the personalized recommendation algorithm is stored in the database,so as to meet the individual needs of the teacher.The evaluation system has an intuitive user interface,easy operation and stable operation.It is suitable for primary and secondary school teachers and school administrators to make a fair evaluation of the teachers' teaching:Through evaluation report results,teachers can thoroughly and comprehensively understand their teaching situation.Finding out the deficiencies in their own teaching and changing teaching methods in time by improving with appropriate measures and teaching quality.At the same time,the organic integration of the traditional classroom and the online classroom is facilitated for the district and county teaching management departments.This study will give full play to the advantages of interaction,dynamics,and openness of online platform teaching resources.Based on the information technology application ability standards of teachers in primary and secondary schools,it will determine the content of scientific assessment,develop assessment tools,and use information technology to establish evaluation systems for primary and secondary school teachers.Participating teachers conduct assessments to ensure that the assessment results are objective and effective.First of all,we have reviewed and studied the related technical documents developed by Java and recommended the relevant theoretical knowledge of the algorithm.Through the analysis of the needs of the evaluation system for teaching information technology application capabilities,the overall framework of the system is designed.According to the overall framework and needs analysis of the system,the teacher information technology application capability assessment system is divided into different functional modules.Each module is analyzed in detail according to the user's needs and the corresponding database is designed.The evaluation system has an intuitive user interface,easy operation and stable operation.It is suitable for primary and secondary school teachers and school administrators to make a fair assessment of the teachers' teaching: Through evaluation and analysis reports,teachers can optimize their own teaching according to their evaluation.The situation,to see the problems in their own teaching,timely change teaching methods;appropriate summary,analysis,improve the level of teaching.At the same time,the organic integration of the traditional classroom and the online classroom are facilitated for the district and county teaching management departments to comprehensively and systematically.Understanding the teaching work of teachers and realizing the in-depth fusion of informationization and teaching.
